ESC-CRZ Cold Rolled Z Sheet Piles
Cold Rolled Z Sheet Piles for Marine, Retaining and Infrastructure Applications
The ESC-CRZ Series is a range of cold rolled Z sheet piles engineered to provide an efficient strength-to-weight ratio for demanding retaining, marine, and infrastructure applications. With the interlocks positioned at the outer fibers of the section, the Z-profile configuration provides efficient structural performance while minimizing material weight.
A high moment of inertia helps control deflection and improve serviceability, while the constant section thickness contributes to driving stiffness. Wider profile widths can also reduce the number of piles and interlocks required along a sheet pile wall, helping improve installation efficiency and water-retention performance.
Available ESC-CRZ profiles cover section moduli from 1,100 to 5,000 cm³/m, single-pile widths from 580 to 800 mm, and thicknesses from 5 to 16 mm.

ESC-CRZ Corner Pile Configurations
ESC offers three corner pile configuration options for the CRZ Series, providing flexibility for different installation layouts, fabrication approaches and corner geometries
ESC is able to offer 3 options for Corner Pile configurations in the ESC-CRZ Series. Option 1 is frequently used when the installation contractor prefers to create their own corner piles on site depending on the as-driven layout. However this produces wastage on the offcut pile. Option 2 allows welding at the mill or on site and provides the installation contractor with more flexibility on corner pile location. Option 3 provides an option where no welding is required. Option 3 provides increased accuracy at corners that are deviated from the typical 90˚ corner.

CRZ Box Piles and Combi Wall Configurations
ESC-CRZ sheet piles can also be fabricated into high-modulus box piles for standalone use or incorporated into combination wall systems
